The 2017 Prospect Spring Fair amazed audiences with creative event design, perfect weather, record-breaking numbers of people of all ages and a brilliant showcase of stalls, rides, performers, activities, food, rides, games and much more.
City of Prospect invites you to be part of the action on Saturday 27 October 2018 at Broadview Oval. This year’s event will include a sports zone, kids area, entertaining community stage, and a delicious range of food and drink.
There are strict eligibility requirements for stallholders to participate in the event and applications will be considered by City of Prospect individually. Places are expected to fill on the oval very quickly, so please do not hesitate to get your applications in as soon as practical. Preference will be given to stallholder applications that are creative, organised, thoughtful, interactive and fun!
There is a Compulsory Stallholder Meeting on Monday 8 October which will provide all details about the event and is a chance for you to ask any questions. If you can’t make this meeting, you must organise for someone to attend on your behalf or you will not be able to participate in the event.
Small Home-Based Business
We invite small locally-based businesses to have an interactive market stall at the event. You may want to create live artwork during the day or run art workshops to show your creative process. There was lots of demand last year for jewellery, art, gifts, clothing and unique wares from local emerging artists and entrepreneurs. Preference will be given to Prospect-based businesses; however, we encourage small businesses from other Adelaide metro areas to apply.
The Prospect Spring Fair will again be a well-designed, fun and interesting event for all to enjoy. We hope that you’re as excited as us to be part of it. Please go the website for more details and to start your stallholder application.
City of Prospect looking for Prospect-based food businesses to have a stall. Last year’s event attracted over 6,000 people to Broadview Oval and many of the food stalls sold out before the day was through. This is a great opportunity to make good sales and meet the broader community.
Stallholder applications close Sunday 30 September 2018.
