To celebrate Easter and a long weekend (yay!), we thought we would share where to find sweet treats on Prospect Road, City of Prospect!
This contemporary Nordic restaurant and much-loved brunch spot will be serving up house-made hot cross buns! New Nordic’s Easter long weekend trading hours are 7am-Late Good Friday and Saturday; 7am-3pm Easter Sunday; and closed Easter Monday.
On Saturday Cibo Espresso will be hosting a Easter chocolate hunt for kids young and old. A large amount of their dark and milk chocolate bars will be hidden all around Vine Street, encouraging everyone to find 2 bars and some chocolate eggs. Cibo Espresso’s Easter long weekend trading hours are 8am-3pm Good Friday, 7am-5pm Saturday, closed Easter Sunday, and 8am-4pm Easter Monday.
Schinella’s Your Local Market are selling a delicious range of hot cross buns – plain, fruit, chocolate, raspberry, and nutella! Schinella’s Your Local Market will be closed Good Friday, Easter Sunday, and Easter Monday and will be open Saturday 7am-5:30pm.
Cotto has a very limited stock of hot cross buns (race you there!) and will also be serving Easter eggs in a latte or macchiato. Cotto Prospect is closed on Good Friday and open 8am-3pm on Saturday, Easter Sunday, and Easter Monday.
50SIXONE Prospect will be exclusively selling hot cross bao buns filled with Nutella and Ferrero through Deliveroo. There’s also hot cross bun ice cream (salivating!). 50SIXONE Prospect will be open 9am-10pm Good Friday and Saturday and will be closed on both Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.
